Why is there no standard bank app for symbian?

To whom it concerns,

Can someone please tell me why the banking application has not gone onto the nokia bella devices.

i have been a nokia supporter for over 10 years and standard bank supporter for 8 years, but now it seems that i would have to either change the cellphone i use or i must change the bank...

what would you suggest?
