I have been a client for many years. When I saw that there was a problem I spoke to the bank and they said they would help. Due to things that was happening, I was taken seriously ill. During this time the bank was supposed to have claimed from the insurances for the outstanding balances on the credit cards. To date (6 years) they still have done nothing except to ruin my financial status. How they did this was to list me on the credit bureaus, try and force me to pay for the credit cards which they failed to claim on. All docs that has been supplied to them on numerous times, they have continuously lost even rica and other forms. My so called "Account Manager" claims the only way I can fix the credit cards is to pay them... Sorry, why must I pay for them when you failed to claim on the insurances. So why force me now to pay for your mess up. The CCs are according to law are prescribed. The bank even "Falsely" listed my business account with legal and on enquiry they claim they do not know who or why. When I tried to apply for vehicle finance they say I qualify except for these 2 issues. Now after all this time my "Account Manager" still wants 20 days to sort out. Why all this??
