Im always lost for words, though at times I can be a difficult client but Im moved by your patience and professionalism.
Lately I am marvelled by your trainee Sikhumbuzo Ndlovu, who is so enthusiastic and eager to help. This has helped me gain back the confidence I have always had for the bank and overlook any negativities.
