I received a debit order for 11603.9 and i calld my bank to find out what it was for, i was told its auto and general. i dont even have insurance with you guys. i called A&G and you told me that i need to speak to the brokers that handled this authrisation. i find out that there has been some activity and YOU allowed someone to use my account details to pay for their insurance with you. its been 3 weekd now that i have been waiting or my refund, i call almost everyday and this woman from African independence Nadia either says she is waiting for your feeback and you MANAGEMENT to authorise the reimbursment, how does MANAGEMENT sit around to dicuss reimbursmenet if i have not authorised this debit order in the first place?
this is just Rubbish om you and i dont want anythin to do with A&G. i just want my money
