Card paid up, but still being hounded by attornety

I thought my nightmare with FNB was over when i called their card collections department to make them a settlement offer on their credit card. not only did it literally take me a full week to get through (as no one answers their phones on 011 352-5369 option 3) i eventualy got someone to pick up and agree on the settlement offer and i made the payment.now my issues is that iv been trying to get a paid up letter and again no one picks up the phone and their skellem attorneys Groenewald Lubbe Inc are trying to take me for a ride, saying i owe then r3000 in legal fees for a matter that was handed to them in feb.

can someone at fnb please give me my paid up letter and ask your skellem attotneys to stop calling me because they claim to charge me r25 every time the do.
