On the 24 of July, yes, July, Discovery sent a team of Consultants to our Offices to do our Wellness Assessments, for which we were to be awarded points. Today is the 29th of the FOLLOWING month and our points have yet to be awarded yet were are assured on the site that points can take up to 1 month to reflect - that ship has sailed but wait for it - THE CONSULTANTS THAT DONE THE ASSESSMENTS HAVE BEEN PAID! Dicovery need to get their Priorities straight. It is us members that contribute to their bottom line and as such we should be "taken care of" first. When I got no joy from the Vitality team i sent an email to the Executive Office - their reply was simply one of "we have referred this to our Vitality Department" and that was the 26th and to date we have not heard anything.By reporting something to Executive we thought it meant and "Escalation" as we were getting no joy from Vitality. To simpy refer the matter back to Vitality (who still has not answered) well where is the sense in that? We just TOLD you Vitality Dept refuse to reply yet you refer us right back there? Why did you not stay on top of my query like an "Executive" should? Shocking.
