I received an SMS notification on the 18/12/2013 @ 14:33 of all my transaction that went through & immediately went to my FNB App to transfer R600, 00 from my business account to my personal cheque account as it shown the debit was -R576 & thought everything was in order, to my surprise @ 17:08 I receive another SMS notification that my debit didn't go through & immediately went to my FNB App again to discover my debit was R138.00 short which surprisingly was for return item charged and that the debit transactions actually went through on the 17/12/2013 but the SMS notification was on the 18th, please explain to me whose fault was that as I made sure that I had enough for my debits but the SMS notifications were late? I'm so with the bank I want to close it because now I'm paying return item charges which is not my fault and now my debit didn't go through again, if this is not sorted I'm moving my accounts to another bank immediately.
