3RD TIME U R MESSING UP

After Assupol messed up the debit order on my policy, i elected to pay monthly.

Did that for a while and was told this time last year 18 June 2012, (i dealt with Esmeralda Rossouw) that i am in arrears, THEY HAD NOT ALLOCATED THE PAYMENT. they had the nerve to send me a letter, the policy had even lapsed.

Now almost exactly 1 yr later... the same tedious process all over again. I AM NOT IN ARREARS!! I thin you should send me a letter every 3 months form now on to tell me the policy status so I CAN BE SURE THAT YOU ARE INDEED ALLOCATING PAYMENTS CORRECTLY!

i also dealt with Freddie Wilson from whom I requested in writing that the policy is in good standing after it was reinstated after wrongfully being noted as having lapsed. To this day I am still waiting for black and white proof. I need a complete history on both my policies at this stage.

When i pass away it seems my beneficiary is going to have a pretty tough time trying to claim this money since payments cannot even be allocated correctly! as this is the 3rd incident on the policy, i expect quarterly updates and record of good standing on both policies.
