This bank is all about how we can help you.

This is how they help. They brag about SMS's and notifications but they cannot send you one to warn that you are overdrawn because that costs 28 cents but bouncing your debit order they make R 165.00 - wish I could conduct my business like this.

Now try and increase your O/D, then all these "bounces" come into play because they helped you by making money out of you.

How can you help. Try these points:
1. Send me an SMS (or look into my accounts - 2 linked - there is usually money in either or!!)
2. Increase my O/D
3. If both 1 and 2 fail - help me move to Standard Bank or ABSA PLEASE - just help me!!

Fair profit is acceptable, but extortion is a big NO NO!!
