I have never ever came across such incompetent staff in my entire life.
I have received false and misleading information and have been spoken down to like i am nothing.
How hard is it to look on a PC screen enter a few digits and give the client the info that he require.
To top it all off give wrong info.
I am going to the ombudsman with these guys. i have been on the phone with them for hours since Monday 30 December 2013. I have spend more than R250 in airtime. Placed on hold for more than hour altogether just call back and be put on hold again.
i just need the information and the documentation that was promised to me, actually owed to me.
When you owe them money the call you non stop to a point of harassment now that i don't owe them money they unable to help me.
I want to swear or hurt someone of anger.
