Incorrect seattlement amount

I received a call to say that my account is in arrears of R578, 26. On the 31 Dec the R578, 26 was taken from my account. I have requested for a full settlement on my account and i have now seen that the settlement amount is incorrect. I have been charged twice. I have contacted the call centre and was told that i have to call back again the end of the month for a refund. Why wait for the end of the month? Why not do a reverse now as it is only suppose to be deducted tomorrow from my account.
I am so unhappy with Call Direct and would not recommend any one to ur company.
