Many years ago i had a Bluebean card, which i paid off and cancelled. Standard Bank have subsequently reissued the card, which i have refused to receive, and have now been charged admin fees that are accumulating for a facility that i don't have. For 3 months i have phoned the bank to get this cancelled, reversed etc. No joy. Each month i get an SMS and then a letter saying I'm in arrears and that i need to pay to avoid affecting my credit worthiness. I have asked to speak to Credit Control management. Still waiting. Their customer service. Greg Yatt.
