Just yesterday i went to reverse a debit order on my accout for My life direct (that i even don't know and this morning i wake up to the same debit order going through my acc. i'm taking the matter to the ombudsman, this is really unacceptable. i need someone to sort it out and i' sure i'll be closing this acc soon. i cannot be doing up n down wasting my time and money going to the bank.
