I'm currently overseas in Brazil
On the 23rd of december I noticed my credit card had been billed twice at the same supermarket
for the exact same amount, double billed
amount R296.81
I would like to sort this out and get the money refunded
I've been trying to use the international help no on the back of the card but I can never get through to a real person
due to time differences and holidays and it's turning into a costly process to keep calling and sitting through the voice prompts
