I sent an email to Victor Gagela that assisted me with the quote for a service plan to cancel my request, he then responded to say i must call the call centre to cancel the service plan, which i did and i received a confirmation email with reference no: CAS-175980-L7LL11 that their dedicated team of champs working on my request and till today no one has contact me but my debit order was deducted. I have sent another email to Victor to respond to me why did the debit order go off if I have cancelled the service plan. I did not get a response or an out of office confirming receipt of my email. I'm just being ignored. I don't know what to do with the provider anymore and i don't want to cancel the warranty that i have with them for the sake of my car. I wish i could someone who can assist me with the better provider than Liquid Capital.
