I have sorted out my car entirely on my own. Sourced my own repair centre and covered the entire cost of the repairs to my damaged engine on my own and all it took my was 4 working days. As opposed to OUTsurance who had my car for 8 days with nothing being done. All they did was move my car from A to B and do and assessment via photos. I complain of the engine smoking and they assess my car via photos. Do not use this company or use at your own risk. I see more sense in putting my monthly premium into a fixed savings account for emergency use by me then paying it OUTsurance. If anyone is reading this - this is not sour grapes or anything this is a warning - use this company at your own risk. A risk I will no longer endure.
