We have business insurance and we have a retail business and we SPECIFIED a tablet computer last year as this item was at risk of being damaged or. Now, this item was last week from behind the counter and guess what? Outsurance will not pay out. Now why did they take the extra premium from our bank account after we specified the item if Outsurance knew they would not pay our claim. We are terribly disappointed and are currently looking at other insurance houses.
Dear Outsurance management, please go and pull my recorded conversation from your telephonic archives and then you will hear that we explicitly requested for this tablet computer to be specified because it was at risk of being or dropped.
Its so easy for the consultant on the other side of the phone to simply say "NO" as I suppose we are all just a number at Outsurance
Please rectify this issue or we take our whole portfolio somewhere else!
