I went to draw money at a Standard Bank ATM on the 24th of December, the transaction was cancelled and I received a slip. The ATM went out of order immediately. When I got home I received a text on my phone saying that I had withdrawn money at this ATM and my account was debited. I called the call centre and spoke to a manager (Jonathan) who told me he is can't send me an email because he's not allowed to send external emails. What kind of bull is that? Can you people please credit my account because complaining is the last thing I'd rather be doing during the festive season.
