I applied for a loan on 17 August 2013. Got approved and repayments started 15 September. On 19 November 2013 the balance owing was settled in full. Yet on 13 December 2013 the installment of R1039.44 was deducted. I contacted the Bellville branch on the same day and was requested by manager to submit bank statement and deposit slip and ID. A refund letter was send which I had to complete and returned. According to the manager all the documents was forwarded to the Head office for refund. On Friday, 20 Dec 2013 the afternoon he informed me that he did not receive any feedback and no refund will be effected. The same on monday afternoon. Today I was inform after I had to contact the office that the Finance department is close for the festive season. I had to spent my Christmas without even being able to buy my children some clothes or toys as staaf seem to not regard a refund as a matter of great important for someone else. So I will have to spent another weekend without any money.
