Logged a complaint on hello peter about a sales person who sold me vw insurance saying the premium will not increase, they came back to me saying they listened to the recording and the sales person never said anything about the premiums not increasing, I told them I know what I heard, they then said they will call me to listen to the recording and guess what, they never did, been to AGAIN.. Wonder how will I refer some of the people to them if this is how they behave..
