I did a quote with Outsurance towards end Septemeber and the quote for the vehicle came out on just over R900. I then got a quote from Quicksure, who we have been with for a few years already, who then gave us a quote again for the same vehicle for R652. I then received a phone call two weeks ago I think from a guy telling me that I am getting preferential rates due to me being selected and he guarantees me the best premiums. I then continued with a quote and it came out on R2100. On both occasions you could not even get close to my current insurance of R652 at Quicksure, but not once did I get the R400 as you advertise on the radio's and everywhere. So is this false advertising? This was not even mentioned once when you could not give me a better premium. I have full Comprehensive Insurance and the finance of the vehicle is in my sister in law's names, but I am the regular driver and the debit order goes off my account and the policy I have done with you guys also noted that as I told them that on both occasions. So please tell me why I am not getting the money on both occasions? First time on my request and second time you phoned me to do a quote.
