I currently have vehicle insurance with ABSA Idirect, however I have been trying to get a better rate with them as Im purchasing a new vehicle, then to top it off I was meant to get a no claim bonus in November 2012. I received a call from an agent on Friday the 18.01.13 who advised me that he could lower my premium and ensured me that my no claim bonus would be paid. I then requested that the agent send me an updated quote for the vehicle, Im still waiting... I called them this morning 21.01.13 to inquire about the quote, I was then told my premium had once again changed from the time that I had spoken to the agent on Friday the 18th. Im seriously considering changing my bank
