Poor customer service

On the 19 of december 2013 at 13:04 i phoned liquid capital to stop my service agreement that i am having with them because i sold the car. Alicia makhatso spoke to me and send me a email saying that they have a dedicated team of champs that will assist me within 1 working day. My reference number is CAS -175855-1Y8KL9 i waited and waited nothing hapoend on the 23 op December 2013 i phoned again and told them my story where they put me trough to another person where they just put they phone down. I phoned back and said i cant just every time phoned and phoned and hold on and then the phone is put down please let them phone me back i gave them my number and my surname. I am still waiting for them to phone me back and its the 24 december 2013 already nobody phoned me back. I phoned today on the 24 december 2013 and ask to speak to the manager where they told me she is on leave they put me trough to the team leader thabo where i hold on for more then 5 minutes and put the phone down! I am very dissapointed in the service of lquid capital because there is no service!
