Last week my FNB Credit card was canceled for absolutely no reason, after talking with a consultant on the phone for 30 minutes on Tuesday (10/09/2013) they told me the card will be reset and that i will only be able to view the new pin the next day. On Wednesday I got my new pin, went to the shops and was told that the pin was incorrect, thinking that maybe i was a bit hasty in using the card I paid cash and thought nothing of it. On Thursday (12/09/2013) I was again declined for an incorrect PIN. I would just love to know how the view PIN feature of the website can actually not give me the correct PIN, Surly it can not be that difficult to synchronize. I am now left with a credit card and I have no idea what the PIN is. I really do expect more from a bank that claims to be world class.
