After an seriously awful experience when someone broke into our home in broad daylight while I was home with two kids, Outsurance's Keshree Naidoo was not only incredibly efficient and helpful, but kind and compassionate to boot. I wasn't sure if the articles taken (including cell phone and wallet) would be covered, and was very pleasantly surprised that all of this was included in our general cover. The replacement has been quick and efficient and I am once again blown away by Outsurance's awesome service. Thank you!
