II applied for a loan on line, due to being blacklisted. They sent me an sms stating that I should log in & then the application forms from my lender will be sent to me. I did as was instructed, but the application forms were never sent to me. I did follow up in December regarding the papers & they placed me on hold for 60minutes. They were going to resend it & have never done so.
However, they were very eager to deduct R350.00 from my account in January 2013 for their assistance.
But I was never assisted, I never got the papers to even be approved. I am not interested in using them at all, but now I am struggling to get my R350.00 back.
I am sorry to say, but this must be against the law or the consumers protection act.
