I contact the call centre this morning wanting to know why they deduct 399 from my bank account and the woman at the other end was so rude she even started shouting at me and I demanded to speake to somebody els or a manager or supervisor on duty but still she kept on shouting at me. I demand that the give me my money back I don't want to be part of such u rude and robing company. Not in this life time or any other. They are robing people blindly. If anybody knows what to do so I can get my money back please do let me know because this was a very bad expereince that I had so early in the morning. I don't understand why they took my money now I have to struggle to get it back.
