I must start by saying that I am disgusted by the fact that Clientele has the guts to train their consultants to advise clients of how they do business differently to what the FAIS legislation states.
It is extremely embarrassing to hear that their staff member (Dikeledi Seloko) was more than proud/ confident to tell me that they will take/ money from my account irrespective of my request for them to cancel my policy with immediate effect and then they will pay me a few cents back. I could not care less about the change that they will refund based on their investment. I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT!!!
I HAVE PLACED ANOTHER STOP ORDER AND HOPE YOU WILL RESPECT THE SECOND stop payment and not deduct money from my account.
