I've never claimed on any policy before, and trully hope that I never have to again! I've logged a claim for my TV and Rehaad assisted me in a very rude manner. Long story short, he made it clear that it is Festive Season, and that the suppliers is closed and will open in January. I've requested if there is any alternative arrangement we can make as I've got guests visiting me. Maby they are able to pay the amount out to me and I will buy my own TV, but he does not seem to understand my request. ALL I want is a TV, wether you supply it or I buy it.
Who do you think you are Rehaad, if you thing carefully WE as the customers pays your sallary. Can someone with manners please contact me regarding my claim, I REFUSE TO WORK WITH REHAAD.
I'm trully discussed, I've considdered canceling this claim and policy but there is no way I will just except!
