I reported an accident claim on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. The Consultant who recorded my claim was
Fadiel Arendze. He dealt with me in a most courteous, friendly and efficient manner. I was most impressed to receive a call from Fadiel early the following day to inform me that my claim had been approved and that payment had already been made to my bank account.
I would like to complement both Budget and Fadiel for the efficient and pleasant manner in which I was assisted.
