The coplaint I have is of a lack of communication from ABSA IDirect and being billed when I shouldn't have been. My car insurance with the company should have been terminated which it wasn't, since then I have been billed an amount of about R890.00 which I was assured that i would be refunded. I have since e-mailed my bank statement to the cusomer service agent who has not replied back to my e-mail or even called to confirm receipt. I have done my part however it seems that the blame is being shifted from agent to agent as I have been transfered a number of times back to the agent i took out the policy with. I advised the agents that i need the money for my christmas and have a feeling that I will be have a black christmas because of this.
