I am a very upset client and frankly your bank is killing me and making me really go for broke.
I have a Overdraft account with you guys and I see you guys are decreasing it month by month and this causing my debit orders to bounce. I have a loan account with you and for 2months you have not stuck to the agreement of debuting my account.
Now there is an amount in arrears and its my fault. All the people tell me is sorry.
