Hi,

You phoned me last week Thursday to alert me of activity on my credit card. You told me that I need not worry because the transactions were blocked. Only to see Friday that my internet banking has been disabled and that the amounts in question DID actually go through!!! I need the money back in my account by Friday as I am going overseas and I need the money!
