Vehicle was hijacked at gun point on 27th November 2013, after many calls and promises of call backs and response still nothing. Many messages have been left, and still no response. I seem to be doing more work than the insurance company I got the sap21 to speed it up. Its enough to have to deal with something that horrible happening. It has been 3 weeks and no response, I am without a car or what exactly is going on, if a manger could please contact me or take over my case, because this is not acceptable, customer service is important in matters like this.
