I am paying R1500 a month on my Discovery Credit card as per agreement with FNB. I somewhere forgot to pay one month, I get a SMS on the 28th of November 2013, that I owe them R3000. I pay them R3000 and a further R1500 so that I cover the month of December as well. I in the meantime open a personal account with FNB. Yesterday they emptied all my money out of this new account and payed that into the Discovery Credit Card, I spoke to the premier banker and they blame Discovery. I never gave Discovery the new account so where do they get this?
I also called Feroza Ras from FNB and was promised that she will get back to me, but has not heard anything from her. Feroza is working directly with my card at FNB.
This is unethical behaviour from FNB
