Two weeks, and no claim finalised

On the 6th of December, we reported a burglary at our residence, on the 9th, an assesspr was sent to pur premises, to evaluate everything. Until today (20th of December) nothing has been finalised, no answer as to progress of our claim, and no one can give us answers as to when we will expect our claim to be finalised! The service delivery is shocking, and the pure inconvenience has been frustrating
