Appalling Service - Claim takes more than a month!

Mutual and Federal is the worst insurance to deal with! I had a car accident on Friday the 1st of November 2013, today it is Tuesday the 17 December 2013 and the claim has still not been finalised! Nicole Pannewitz was allocated my claim but I have yet to get a phone call from her, not even once has she called to keep me updated or to inform me of what is happening with the claim instead I have to make follow ups myself constantly. Insurance companies like M&F are the reason why people always have negative things to say about insurance. All they care about is taking your money. They issued me with a policy in August this year which stipulated the retail value that the car is covered for, now that the car is written off they refuse to pay that amount but my premium was based on that amount. They made the mistake of putting an incorrect amount and all of a sudden the onus is on me to ensure that they used the right amount. They were very happy to collect premiums based on this higher value and now they wont pay the amount. I'm highly disappointed by this, I just need this finalised now. I will tell everyone I know about the shocking service and will never recommend M&F to anyoone!
