We were nearly in a very bad accident on the 25/12/2012. We changed lanes and didnt see the car next to us. The guy luckly saw us and swerved out to avoid the accident as that was the only option he had. His car got damaged due to him swerving out. I lodged a claim and now outsurance is telling me that he overcompensated i find it very unfair as they were not in the car and didnt see what had happened. i have got 3 small children and we would have rolled our car if this guy didnt do what he did
is that not why we have insurance to cover us??? i tried to explain it to the guy that handled it but he refuses to listen. I feel bad as this guy avoided a very serious accident. SO in other words they are saying rather get in an accident and stand the chance of killing yourself and your children otherwise your insurance wont cover you???
i am a new client with them and that was mentioned about 3 times in the duration dealing with this issue - is that why they are not covering me if so i should have been notified when i joined them but i was promised the world to joing them. I didnt save by joining them i am paying the same monthly but was promised excellent service - i guess not?
