FNB has really bad customer service

So I opened an fnb account today and first of all the guy did not know about the student account, he could not tell me about all the monthly bank expenses and did not know what the interest rate was for a savings account. On top of that did my internet banking not work so I tried to fix it and twice they told me an sms will be sent to me soon and nothing came through. The login username and password they provided me also does not work. The worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life.
