On the 2 Nov 2013 I had an accident and my car was towed by CAS towing. There was a huge delay with regards to response and several emails were sent to Shaldon / Pumla of which they also take years to respond. My reason for this complaint Is that I have paid insurance last month for a vehicle that I have requested to be written off, secondly no one tells me how long will this process take nd being to. On sat 14 dec I went to their offices to deliver paperwork requested and Shaldon promised to contact me monday the 16th with feedback until today NO feedback received. I am one unhappy customer tht I feel I am not treated as such. Can someone tell me what is happening and I HOPE there won't be any deduction for the vehicle tht has to be written off. Hoping for urgent response
