Outsurance you are pathetic! please tell me how long it take to get somebody to answer a phone call? In my humble opinion it is good manners to call a person back after leaving numerous massages no -one deems it important to make a call and give me feedback on my claim. Well now that we are in public domain can you please explain to me why at one moment you give me permission to go ahead and repair the fence and when you receive the invoice all of a sudden you change your mind and appoint a assessor? Your so called "out at outsurance" is a lie. I had a problem and you failed to assist me. SHAME ON OUTSURANCE!
