VW South Africa Not Responding

After buying a new VW Polo in August 2012, the car started smelling of petrol. I took it back to the dealer, and after 3 times returning they now finally took the car and gave me a loan car. VW South Africa has been made aware of this problem a week ago (after which the branch finally gave me a loan car). Yesterday, 6 days after the formal complaint, someone from VW SA phoned and saifd they received the emails and it seems to be sorted. NOTHING has been sorted, I just finally got a loan car. I have no idea what else is happening.

I am very very disappointed in VW and VW South Africa. I know that there might be the one or two in a million that receives a car with factory problems, but then I EXPECT them to deal with it in an urgent and professional way.
