I applied for life insurance with Outsurance on the 26th of August and was lucky enough to have been assisted by an amazing gentleman at the outsurance call centre. He assisted with a quote and was professional, friendly and took his time to ensure he completed the application the best of his ability, while at the same time he took his time to explain everything in as much detail as possible. Although my policy hasn't been approved yet, Hendrik keeps me updated. It was an absolute pleasure completing the quote with him. Definitely a rare call centre experience. Keep up threat work Hendrik
