I have been with 1Life for many years yet lapsed my insurance policy..got a call from the most amazing guy Troy..effecient, business professional of note.. supper friendly made my week..I dont enjoy ph calls from sales people which im sure most people can agree with, even though we are aware they have a job to do..we should just take the time to listen sometimes it can avoid dissapointments in the future... Thank you Troy for the positive news and most of all your mannerism and personality..I have never called my Insurance co when travelling overseas, guess i never read my contract correctly once again which alot of us can give a miss at best of times... our reason would be my family will be taken care of should i die... well lucky for me im alive and nothing negative has happened whilst abroad.. now i will never forget to call 1Life when i go on holiday again.. you have a gem in your co... Thanks for bringing things to my attention Troy you should be promoted to Management level, because of you i will remain a loyal client to 1Life. Thank you :-)
