NEDBANK NOT APPLYING TCF PRINCIPLES TO ALL CLIENTS

My wall fence collapsed 3 weeks back due to the hail storm and i'm still waiting for the insurnace to send someone to come fix it.
I'm exposed to criminals and my child's bicycle was the past weekend.
My car is also exposed to criminals as they can break into it freely.
I no longer enjoy my sleep at night and i live in fear when i'm at work because i must always make plans to get someone to look after the kids while i'm at work

I'm paying the bond out of my own pocket but you not playing your part in providing the services when required. The time my geyser was giving me a issue you were quick to respond and now you taking forever to resolve my issue.
