I registered the claim for my Electric fence and the wall in December I was told I must pay the access fee of R1000.00 which I did pay till today no one is calling me to inform me when they are going to fix my wall and the fence, I cannot lock my gates the frame of the gate has cracked I did inform the assessor that i also have two other vehicles in the garage that I feel are not safe Nedbank is now playing a cat and mouse game and that is pathetic for such a big institution
