I am so impress with Outsurance. What was a very traumatic time for my son and I turned out to be seamless with the team at Outsurance. My son had an accident on Friday night. We contacted Mothusi at the Emergency Call Centre and within minutes, Pro-Beat Towing (also extremely efficient) was there to assist. The next morning I called the Claims Department and spoke to Dabson Manyoka - what an absolute joy to be assisted by such a professional advisor.By Wednesday, Dabson advised that the claim had been approved and that the funds would be in my account by Friday. Sure enough, this morning, the money was in my account. I even received a call advising me that because the car was written off, the instalment would be cancelled. This morning I received a call from Margaret at SMV advising me that we must fetch the radio and sound system out the car. What's more, I received my new policy, excluding the written off car's instalment by email, this morning. The whole process was fantastic and everyone BENT OVER BACKWARDS to make our lives easier.
