I want to lodge a complaint
1.I have previously had the following and paid it back in full and on time with no delays or errors or issues:
a.) A smart device - FNB has just declined me a smart device due to credit criteria
b.) A smartspend loan - FNB has declined me a smartspend loan due to credit criteria
c.) A few short term loans - FNB has declined me - not meeting criteria
d.) I have had a good standing record to date - this is about to change!
I feel FNB has kicked me in the face, after these years of interest payments, bank charges etc etc, FNB does not seem to give a about account history, payment loyalty or good standing, why do I feel as if I've been, I don't think it fair or logical to treat me like some sort of criminal after I've been a loyal FNB abiding citizen, it is really low down of you as a bank, I can assure you that as long as I breath I will deter anyone from ever banking with you.
That said, this is the third time I have requested all my accounts be shut down, even if I have to pay a fee, I really feel that FNB is not deserving of this small client that you treat me like.
