I AM DUE FOR UPGRADE WITH MTN & WANTED TO ADD A NOTHER LINE.
i have been with MTN on contract for the past for years, i remain loyal to mtn service provider, I applied for second line and i also requested an upgrade,
i was declined without giving giving a simple phone call to explain, why? i think they have too many customers that is why they don't care about their existing customers any more, i am now thing of cancelling the existing contract that i have with MTN, since they are failing to see their loyal client and to also render a good service to them.
i am requesting MTN manager to call me and give a feed backi regarding this query and lack of service from them.
i hope you will provide me with a prpper good service and hopefully i might change my mind and remain a loyal mtn client.
