Pathetic December Strategy

Received a call from Palesa (Nedbank Home Loans) on the 25/11:2013 09:42am, Asking me whether my account can be debited early in December, oii said NO due to the fact that I will get paid on the same date as usual. Then the 13/12/13 what do u know? My account was debited. I called homeloans they said they will get Palesa to call me back to sort it out, she then called me back and said that a reversal would be done and money paid back to me on the same date 13/12/13 Ref: 170674 today is the 18/12/13 still no money back in my account and no word from Nedbank either. This is pathetic service i must say!.this is not legal. Our contract does not state that u can debit on the 13th. I don't care about your "December strategy"!!!
